Check in time is from 3pm, check out time is 11am. For special circumstances, please contact Luca to make alternate arrangements.

La Casa di LucaPietro is strictly non smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is allowed.

Small pets are welcome.

A 20% deposit is due at time of booking to secure dates. This deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellation within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date. In case of late cancellation the deposit will not be refundable.

The remaining balance (minus the 20% deposit) and a cleaning fee of €20 is required to be paid no less than 5 days before arrival.

At time of final payment, an additional €50 will be required as a deposit to guarantee any damages, which will be returned within 3-5 days of departure provided no damages occur.

​​Additional single trundle bed or infant cot available upon request. 2 available (one per bedroom)- €10 each per night, contact Luca to arrange.

Linens will be changed every 5 days, unless otherwise requested.
